My travels changed quite a bit once I had a child, and the first big trip we took my son on I titled "Atlas's Favorite Things". We did Monster Jam, the beach, doughnuts, a dinosaur meal with toy shopping, and waterslides! Hear me out!🧏‍♀️ Of course you can research and book a vacation online yourself, but when you do that, what are you getting? Literally just a booking. That’s it. No expertise, no special contacts, no extras. 🤨 As the training manager for our agency, just in the last few weeks, I’ve scheduled/attended Zoom calls with one of our travel insurance suppliers to learn more about coverages and stipulations, two of our vendors to learn about product changes/additions, and even chatted via Zoom with one of our contacts in Italy to learn about new offerings in that country. Of all the travels I plan, quite a few are for Disney clients. While I do work with all client budgets, I can't sing the praises of the Disney deluxe resorts enough! Check out these great pics of our stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge in 2021. It really doesn't get much better than this luxurious property...and with a savanna view to boot!

If you haven't ever traveled solo, I highly recommend doing it at least once. It's one of the most liberating experiences! A few years back, my ex-husband was in San Francisco on business. I flew there alone, transferred to his hotel alone, and explored part of the city all alone while he was working! Berkeley, including the UC Berkeley campus, was my main focus, and I also tried Thai food for the first time (with no idea what to order myself!).
