Well the boss asked me to take her fishing today to put her on a tagged CCA STAR TOURNAMENT redfish. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful today getting her hooked into a tagged red, but she did manage a limit of black drum and released a few trout.

The other two rookies on the boat managed a few fish as well.

All fish were sightcasted to but one. The reds and black drum are stacked up if you know were to look. There are plenty of openings going into the fall if anyone is interested in fishing.

Black Drum and Redfish are all over the flats. It's only going to get better as we go into the fall. Walking, stalking and sight casting is the key, especially on these hot summer days. Let Gards and Gills get you hooked into some fish. There are plenty of open days.
