Universal Orlando’s newest, highly-anticipated park, Epic Universe, will be opening May 22, 2025!

This morning Disney announced several room & package discounts for early 2025! I got to work and was able to save over $1,600 just for my Spring Break travelers!!! And guess what they had to do? A few weeks ago my sister sent me this picture while on a trip to Galveston, Texas with the caption “This ship is GIGANTIC!”

Turns out it was the Carnival Jubilee, which happens to be the largest ship in the Carnival fleet! I’ve been working on continuing my training with Carnival and chose to do a deep dive class into all this ship has to offer, and let me tell you, it’s a lot! Water slides, mini golf, multiple pools, tons of lounges, a bajillion dining options (ok, not a bajillion…but you get the idea) plus A ROLLER COASTER AT SEA!

Adding this one to my list of things I want to experience ✅

Have you ever eaten at Red Oven Pizza?

This is a must-do for us after a long park day!

Located at Universal’s City Walk, the pizza is always fresh and delicious. Plus they are one of the best values on our trip! Most pizzas range from $15-$17 and can easily be shared!

It is considered a quick service restaurant with ordering available via the Universal Orlando app or at the counter, so no reservations are required.
