Why book with a travel agent?

Covid has added another layer onto travel. We flew into Canada for our cruise.

Canada - required us to fill out a form 72 hrs before travel
United Airlines - required us to fill out additional documents at check in
Holland - we had to load documents into VeriFLY once we had our covid test

We arrived into Canada at 4pm yesterday, at 4:45 we received an email that one of us was selected for random Covid test and the testing facility closed at 5pm, so we all got on a phone and started calling around to find where one could be done before we boarded the ship hitting a couple of road blocks along the way. We do this for you so you don’t go into full panic mode after a full day of travel. We work as a team to make sure we are informed for our clients!
