The nautically appointed cottage, just two houses away from our other rental, comfortably sleeps up to 7 people with a queen-sized bed, a full-size bed, two single futons in the loft, and a pull out sofa in the living room. An airy and sunny cottage located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of town, this home is a peaceful retreat with a yard open for games, outdoor cooking, or just relaxing. Both in a prime location, guests are a short 600-foot walk to the beach, and in walking distance of Rockport's main attraction, Bearskin Neck, which is filled with restaurants, art galleries, tourist shops and much more. Our Story

A Breezy Cottage and The Life of Reilly are located on the same quiet street, steps from Back Beach in Rockport, MA. Both airy and sunny cottages are located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of town. These cottages are a peaceful retreat while being so close to the beaches, town and attractions.

A Breezy Cottage was our first rental venture and we couldn’t help but share this gem. In a tucked away corner, this home gives its guests privacy from their neighbors with its foliage of peach trees and flowering plants. A garden surrounds the back patio and outdoor shower. The prior owner who hailed from England proved her green thumb with real English gardens which have matured. She grew the fruit trees from pits herself. Organic peaches are in abundance in August.

After the success of A Breezy Cottage, having met so many wonderful vacationers from around the world, we set our sails on The Life of Reilly! This property sits across the street from A Breezy Cottage. Our location is a short walking distance to scenic downtown Rockport. Rockport's main attraction, Bearskin Neck, is filled with restaurants, art galleries, tourist shops and much more. Guests can find activities such as kayaking to the Twin Lighthouses to sharing a stuffed clam from Roy Moore Lobster Co.

The Shalin Liu Performance Center, is just a short walk away. This extraordinary building – with its spectacular views and superb acoustics – has become an important cultural resource for the greater Boston community, attracting well-known performers, audiences, and visitors to Cape Ann.
