One of my definite bucket list destinations is Norway!!! From stunning fjords, breathtaking mountains, and spectacular Northern Lights viewing ...what’s not to love?! How about viewing the famous midnight sun?? Although I may be asleep for that 😂.

I have always been charmed by the sleepy little fishing villages and equally wowed by the bustling cities! Norway is a place with such a rich history and culture, I would love to explore it ALL!! How about checking out a Viking longboat? And do not even get me started on Norwegian cuisine-YUM!!!

In case the scenery, food, culture, history, and arctic wildlife is not enough to make you want to go, let me remind you of who else is here. OLAF!!! ☃️

Illumination's Villain-Con Minion Blast officially opening August 11th, 2023! Guests can join the Minions from Illumination and blast their way to supervillain stardom. Each guest will grab an E-Liminator X blaster which they can link to the Official Universal Orlando App and equip their blasters with a variety of power-ups. This is a great attraction for the entire family and a fantastic addition to our new Minion Land!

🍽️Let’s talk table service meals at Disney World. Are you a fan or are you team quick service 🏃‍♀️all the way?

While my family is definitely team quick service for the most part, we do enjoy an occasional sit down table service meal. And what about character meals, is this a must for your family?

When my girls were younger 😢 we definitely enjoyed these! Meeting the princesses🫅at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall 👑 in Epcot’s Norway pavilion, rotating with Chip & Dale at the 🌿Garden Grill restaurant located in the Land Pavilion also in Epcot, having a delicious meal with Mickey and friends at ✨Chef Mickey’s 🐭 located in the super cool Contemporary Resort, and many more!

Now that my girls are older though we prefer to sit down at 🦍Tusker House🐆in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Skipper’s Canteen 🛟 at Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, or the delicious Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ 👨‍🍳located in Disney Springs! No matter where we go, we are ALWAYS satisfied and always on a quest to try something new! So please share some of your family’s favorites with us in the comments!
