This week’s eat of the week:

Simba’s Sunset
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Tamu Tamu

Simba’s Sunset is Pineapple Dole Whip, swirled with watermelon, strawberry, and coconut flavored syrup. This is literally my favorite snack in all of Walt Disney World! My mouth is watering, as we speak. It’s very refreshing on a hot day, but also satisfies a sweet tooth.

Epcot World Showcase - China Pavilion
Marketplace of the House of Good Fortune

This artisan cotton candy was introduced during the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival and is now located at The Marketplace of the House of Good Fortune with limited hours. You can choose from a variety of shapes and layers from two layer butterflies to five layer flowers. I don’t know what’s more fun though, watching it being made, or eating it.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin
Location: Disney Springs in Walt Disney World

I ate here in December of 2020, and to say I was impressed, is an understatement! I recommend the Church Lady Deviled Eggs, Art’s Famous Fried Chicken, and the Hummingbird Cake. To drink, I had a big ol’ glass of sweet iced tea, but they specialize in different moonshine cocktails.
