Happiness is…my clients that was stuck in Miami are headed home finally. Also, my group made it on their cruise safely. I need a drink after tomorrow 🤣

This is a different happiness is post…my client was due to be relaxing in Aruba for her birthday, however Mother Nature got an attitude. I was able to show her my purpose.

After waiting for over 6 hours, her flight was cancelled. She panicked due to the line at the counter wrapped around the area she was in. I went into go mode and within 2 hours she was in a shuttle on her way to her hotel, I got her airline ticket rebooked, and started the process for getting her money back.

For those wondering how a travel advisor is important to your vacation, try getting all that done when booking on your own 🤷🏽‍♀️🫣. She didn’t have to wait in a line nor did she have to pick up a phone except to call me. 👍🏾

Thank you Stink and my bro Jerald for helping me not fall out at the end 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
