Keeping our district clean is a community effort! We love seeing our district stakeholders keeping their properties clean and crossroads church is doing an amazing job! They also host great community events for Carmichael and donate their time to the CID by being on our board of directors. Bravo!

We are thankful for our office crew who make an effort to keep our campus clean!

This vehicle is at it again. confirmed sighting again of illegal dumping. Please keep an eye out for this guy! Any leads would be great.

🚨Public Notice: Assistance Needed in Locating a Suspicious Truck

We need your help to locate a conspicuous truck involved in a suspicious incident.

**Description of Incident:**
- **Date:** June 24, 2024
- **Time:** 11:17 AM
- **Location:** 6233 office building lot Fair Oaks Blvd
- **Activity:** The truck dumped a massive load of wood and left via the north Milagro Centre driveway, coming and leaving from the north area.

**Description of Vehicle:**
- **Type:** White Ford F-350 pickup truck
- **Features:**
- Aftermarket wheels with black rims
- Light bar on the cab
- Bug deflector on top of the cab, above the driver’s windshield
- No license plates on the truck or trailer
- **Trailer:** Four-wheeled, previously loaded with wood

**Request for Information:**
If you have seen this truck or trailer, even in a driveway, please contact us immediately. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in resolving this matter.

Rich is part of our Carmichael Improvement District maintenance team and assists with garbage cleanup, graffiti removal, and more. We had an exclusive vote by stakeholders, community partners, and attendees that attended our annual awards dinner and narrowing down their favorites from our top 11 choices, these were the winners! 🏆

What a fantastic evening our district had at our annual State of the PBID dinner! We had a wonderful evening of presentations by our new CID district manager Diane, Ron Linthicum from the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, and Supervisor Rich Desmond. We laughed together, learned together, and were brought together under one roof at the beautiful venue Milagro Event Center by Bella Bru.
