Sports Performance Training was founded in Winona MN, in late 2007 by Michael Adams. Michael became the Co-Owner of Anytime Fitness in Winona while pursuing classes in the Health, Exercise and Rehabilitative Sciences at Winona State University, since 2009, where he got his foot hold in the fitness industry. Michael is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army and is still currently serving in the Comba

t Aviation Brigade in Saint Paul. He is currently certified and affiliated with ACSM, NSCA and several titles to include Fitness instructor, Sports Specific Trainer, Master of Fitness Instructor, Speed and Agility Coordinator, Strength and Conditioning Coach. Michael has a passion for sports of all kinds and has hands on experience working with females and males to include Basketball, Football, Softball, Baseball, Volleyball, Track and Field, Wrestling and Dance Teams.
