EAGLES BLUFF LAKE HOUSE
Currently under construction for a June occupancy, this stunning 3400 sf chalet rests atop a hill on 20 acres of private woodland on the south shores of Lake Content. Designed for multi-generational families and other large groups, you will find everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation or retreat up north. Our private dock gives you access to 1880 acres of the Big St Germain Lake chain for great fishing, boating and swimming. You will also have almost an acre of shallow sandy waterfront for family fun or just relaxing in the sun. Speaking of fun, when you ‘ve had enough swimming, watersports, and fishing (if at all possible!) you will find the Heart of Vilas County 52-mile paved bike trail at the end of our driveway. There’s hiking available on our property as well as the famous Awassa Nature Preserve and Hiking Trail which is only ¾ mile away. Also, for you snowmobile enthusiasts, the Bo-Boen trail is directly accessible from our driveway. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the private solace of a fire in the furnished firepit areas in the front yard or down by the shore.
Our cabin is an efficiently designed three-level luxury home with a view of the lake that will take your breath away. It boasts six bedrooms (5 with lake views!) and a loft sleeping area, 3 ½ baths, a full-length front porch and lakeside deck with gas grill and plenty of seating to watch those beautiful morning sunrises. The Great Room has a gas fireplace and large sectional for enjoying the spectacular view through a wall of windows or watching TV on those rainy days inside. The kitchen has an incredible amount of cabinet and pantry space, duel-fuel range, microwave and French-door refrigerator. At the end of the granite countertop, you will find a 6-person bar with an icemaker on the bartender’s side. The custom-made dining table seats up to 12 and the tables on the deck seat another 10. The lower level is a walk-out with patio and its own living space and mini-kitchen with a bar for 6 and TV.
