An email received about the summit, let's make this a great event for veterans ❤️🤍💙

The 11th Annual Veterans Summit is on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 2 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. We are so excited to welcome everyone back to the Summit this year and have a great event planned!

Registration and the exhibitor space will be located in Stannard Gym. Parking can be found in the adjacent lot
Dinner and speakers will take place in the Moore Community Room. There will be signs posted, once on campus, to guide folks from the Stannard Gym to the Moore Community Room.

Please know that there is currently a waitlist for exhibitors. If your organization cannot attend please let me know as soon as possible. That way I can make space for those on the waiting list. Also, I will try to honor all requests for additional tables for those of you who asked for them. However, due to the demand for exhibitor space, this may not be possible. All exhibitors will have an eight-foot table with two chairs provided for them. These tables are not "pretty" so a table covering is highly recommended. The Summit exhibitor hall is open from 2 to 6 pm; exhibitors can start arriving at 1:30 pm for set-up.

Thank you again for being a part of the Summit! We are excited to showcase the amazing work that you do with and for veterans and their families. We can't wait to see you on June 14th! Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.
