Joost and Bonnie are a husband and wife biology team who both possess an honors M.Sc. Bonnie has a background working for a state Game and Fish agency as well as in environmental consulting. Joost has a solid background in mammal research across the globe, as well as experience working as a game ranger in South Africa. His most recent research was conducted on a newly described monitor lizard in the Philippines (Varanus bitatawa). Both Bonnie and Joost spent 2008-2013 studying and conducting research abroad. Now settled in Northwest, they look forward to putting their passion into practice by providing ecological services to the people and businesses within the unique and picturesque Pacific and inland Northwest
