Our Umbria trip began in Rome, where we explored the city's hidden gems with our local host and enjoyed authentic Roman food at cozy osterias- traditional, family-run restaurants.

After exploring the Eternal City, we headed to Umbria, a region known for its unspoiled beauty, medieval towns, and rich culture. We visited hilltop villages, enjoyed excellent local wines, joined locals for an olive harvest, and experienced the real Italy, far from the crowds. 🇮🇹🍷🍝

This exciting activity includes hiking through lush jungle trails, swimming in emerald-green waters, and jumping into stunning lagoons.

The adventure lasts about 4 hours, starting high up the river and winding through three breathtaking waterfalls before ending at the famous main pool.

As you go, you'll climb, slide, and take in the stunning views. If you're up for it, you can jump into the refreshing lagoons which are up to 12 meters high. However, if you're not into jumping or a non-swimmer, don't worry, there are easier paths, and your guide will make sure you enjoy the adventure safely.
