On Friday, we lost a very dear Monarch family member, Tiania Adams.

She was a friend and mentor to so many of us and her love and positivity was infectious. Our thoughts are with her family and everyone who cared for her so deeply. Her spirit will live on in our hearts and in every turn we make on the hill.

It’s no coincidence that rainbows were seen across the state at the same moment she passed on and was escorted into eternity.

We love you and miss you dearly, Tiania.❤️

•Brisket Sandwich – Sliced brisket on a hoagie roll with BBQ sauce and caramelized onions.

• Pulled pork – Braised pulled pork on a hoagie roll with house made coleslaw and pickled red onion

The Continental Divide is a line that runs north to south along the highest elevations of the continent. Rain or snow that flows to the west of the Continental Divide will eventually end up in the Pacific Ocean. The water flowing eastward will someday reach the Atlantic Ocean.
