So today I launch a new path in my life, in which I am going to be a service to others. I am creating a way, in which people can find values online to help save costs in keeping up with their primary investment in their lives...that's correct, their homes. In this blog I will do all the leg work and search the web for the best deals that will benefit us home owners and even those who rent. I have
seen so many scams people get pulled into, from untrustworthy contractors to unscrupulous companies pushing worthless wares. Not to mention those vultures who prey on the elderly and take all their life savings and their homes. I have a extensive background in Land Surveying and understand property values and laws regarding properties and subdivisions. I also have worked with one of the largest General Contractors in the state. I have many contacts and professional relationships with many reputable contractors and real estate agents. I will be covering so many subjects on things that directly and indirectly effect your most important asset, that of course being the roof over your head. I will cover everything from the roof, right down to the utilities you do not see. Most people do not understand that many things are simple enough that "Do It Yourself" projects save so much money and headaches. Also some of these simple and inexpensive projects add considerable value to your property!
