TRAVEL TIP THURSDAY: Over the Door Organizer

We just returned a week ago from a fantastic cruise on the Harmony of the Seas. This organizer was a lifesaver when we needed to easily access diapers, wipes, sunscreen, toys, travel documents and so much more. We put it over one of the closet doors and it allowed us to use the other storage spaces a bit more efficiently.

Our first excursion on Royal Caribbean was to the Bacardi distillery in Puerto Rico. We absolutely loved this experience, the factory tour, the history, the view but more importantly the delicious drinks! If you are looking for an excellent excursion that is filled with great views and good drinks - this absolutely is a must do!

Travel Tip Thursday: When planning to visit a theme park/amusement park over a three day weekend, always choose Monday as the day to play. Attendance in the parks are lower on the Monday of a three day weekend and Sunday's are the busiest!

Vacation would not be a vacation without epic food. When we last sailed on Harmony of the Seas we went to the restaurant on the ship called Wonderland. It is a gastronomy experience from beginning to end. Below is their take on a deviled egg which came out of the kitchen under smoking glass. The level of detail, taste and overall experience still tops some of our favorite food experiences to date. We cannot wait to visit this restaurant in April of this year when we are back on the Harmony again.

Travel Tip Thursday! Do things that make you feel uncomfortable and scared. You may never know the beauty that is beyond if you don't try.
While Eric and I were exploring on the Road to Hana, we stopped at Wai'ānapanapa State Park and there was an opportunity to climb out on top of the sea stacks. There were blow holes and lava tubes beneath us. I was incredibly scare as I did not want to fall down into the ocean. However, Eric encouraged me to push through because when we got to the end, this was the view behind us. When we peered down at the ocean, there were Sea Turtles and large waves crashing against the sea stacks. This moment during our vacation is one that I will remember forever. If I did not push through my fear, I would have never been able to capture the majestic beauty behind me.
