Sometimes the moves that makes us the most uncomfortable are the moves we need and cherish the most. Growth means change even when it’s uncomfortable.
I’m learning to lean into my heart and extend the same grace to myself as I do others. Self-compassion nurtures self-acceptance and awareness. I encourage you as we head into a year to make the effort to welcome change no matter how difficult, IT IS essential for personal evolution.

I was talking to a client yesterday and of course we were talking about traveling , but it began to get more personal.
I explained that I did away with “goals”and that I have created benchmarks so to speak for my life.
The truth is, I continue to grow in so many different ways. I don’t see an end goal to that.
I set up frameworks and benchmarks. I create task around the life I am constantly building for myself and I am the happiest I’ve ever been.
I remain humble, impactful and gracious as my life and journey continues to unfold with me creating unique experiences for myself.
I can never put an end goal on that or sacrifice this type growth. It’s simple. It’s beautiful.
