With the weather getting more exciting, it is a good time of year to evaluate the trees on your property for any potential hazards. When looking at your trees here are a few things to consider:

Are there any large dead branches in the tree?

Are there cracks or splits in the trunk where branches are attached?

Is the trunk leaning?

Has the tree been topped previously?

Have the leaves developed an unusual color?

These are just a few risk factors to consider. Regular maintenance and routine care can help to make your trees safer.
