We’re already dreaming of summer hikes in the Alps🏔️🎒

One of our favorite places to go for a day trip is Engelberg. With only a 50 min train ride you can swap city’s hustle and bustle for a serene Alpine landscapes.

There are plenty of beautiful hiking trails in Engelberg and around.

We recommend a hike from📍Fürenalp mountain station down to Stäfeli. For easier descent you can take a small cable car from Äbnet. 🚠 It’s an easy to moderate hike with about 200 meter difference in altitude.

In Stäfeli you will find a few mountain huts serving hearty local food, great for a cozy lunch break. 🥘
