I wanted to make a post to remind everyone who is interested in becoming a Travel Agent, that it is 100 percent worth it, even with the monthly fees! If you travel at all, you can save way more than that on 1 single trip or 1 free cruise where u only pay port fees and taxes.

The first example is of 1 night of savings on a hotel, in MidTown Manhattan, on a FRIDAY night, only 2 weeks before Christmas! We got this hotel the night before our FREE cruise.

In addition to this savings, We took a *FREE* 7 night free cruise out of NYC. *I paid $175 per person in port fees and taxes for the cruise.* ~I did not complete any training with that cruise vendor to get that free cruise fare for my family!~

The second example is of a 4 night stay in the Maldives. We saved over 16 THOUSAND dollars on that booking, just because I was a Travel Agent and had completed the training for that vendor.

Y'all I absolutely NEVER travel unless I am getting a Travel Agent discount or commission! Every single rental car, hotel stay, resort night, cruise, airport transfer, etc., I'm getting paid one way or another!! Even places like Great Wolf Lodge!

I also check all of our "fun" things against my vendors! I've been paid to see David Copperfield, go to the Shelby Mustang Museum, go to the Mob Museum, see the Mandalay Bay Shark Reef, see the Titanic Exhibits in various states, go snorkeling, go on island wide tours, ride wave runners multiple times, various dinner shows, and sooooo much more! On some of those things I was given a TA discount AND I was also PAID commission!!!

Being a TA is a win win for anyone who loves to travel! It is by far the best decision I have ever made for my family!

To celebrate Lilly's 13th birthday & Father's Day, I am taking the hubby and girls to Disney's Polynesian Resort & Spa on Monday!

We are going to be staying in the Club Level and taking advantage of all of the amazing amenities that are offered!

If I wasn't a Travel Agent this would not be happening! Club Level is normally way too expensive for my blood! Travel Agent life is truly where it is at!

Where are we going next? I am thinking Cancun! Becoming a Travel Agent If you are not a travel agent you should be! As a Travel Agent, you get access to amazing discounts, perks and commissions.

Don’t be an unpaid Travel Agent! Every travel destination vendor has a commission already built in! You do not “save” that money if you are not using a Travel Agent, the vendor will just keep it.
A lot of times the discounts we get are wayyy better than just taking commission!
