Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. The COO role is a key member of our company, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Coo is responsible for the company's daily operations and assists the CEO's work. Coo is also responsible for the construction of the company's functional management organization system and handling its day-to-day operations on behalf of the CEO. Assist CEO in formulating the company's business development plan and evaluating the company's operating performance. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the company's new brand MayGo online mall, full e-commerce channel platform operation, and sales management, including operation team management, marketing activity management, responsible for channel platform operation and sales goals
• Responsible for formulating the company's new brand overall e-commerce marketing strategy, formulating marketing strategies and marketing plans, and establishing a marketing performance management system
• According to the marketing plan, execute sales and marketing programs, formulate marketing channel development strategies and plans, establish specific channel cooperation methods, develop channel partners; and develop cooperation programs
• Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the e-commerce department, propose targeted sales strategies based on the goals and lead the team to implement
• Supervise, control and evaluate the performance of operations and marketing based on performance and market feedback, and adjust marketing strategies promptly to ensure that marketing goals continue to exceed expectations
• Responsible for coordinating and communicating with the work of various departments of the company, perfecting and optimizing coordination for multiple needs
• Manage and evaluate the project team; formulate the sales plan and goals of the e-commerce department, control the cost budget, develop and implement the training plan of the e-commerce operation team, and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Requirements:
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus. At least two years of e-commerce Omni-channel team management experience
• Familiar with the Internet and e-commerce, proficient in B2C platform and O2O format, familiar with the open technology of B2C system construction
• Skilled in e-commerce channel planning and operational planning skills, able to plan e-commerce channels and operation planning, reasonable positions and processes according to the company's business strategy and business needs
• Good overall view and business operation logic. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, aptitude in decision-making, and problem-solving. Good at motivating and guiding team members, rich e-commerce expertise, and strategic foresight
• Familiar with Amazon, understand the cooperative operation model and store operation model of well-known platforms such as JD.com and Alibaba
• Good at integrating resources, innovative management ideas, persistent and challenge the goal
• Excellent team management and construction capabilities, result-oriented, focus on data and quantification, experience in managing revenue, profit, and budget
