Encouraging members to develop their knowledge and skills in growing grapes (viticulture) and making wine (enology). Consulting and cooperating with professional vintners and growers. Cooperating with other w

ine clubs to promote better evaluation of wine. Bringing about closer cooperation between members, encouraging making better wine, and providing a medium to exchange ideas and experience relative to making and evaluating wine. Encouraging the development and implementation of programs to educate the public at large in the art of making wine.

The 2023 CCHVA Grape Brochure is out. Look for in CCHVA email soon or on CCHVA.org soon. We have three new vineyards along with Lucas and Lewellen and Margarita vineyard this year with several new varietals.

We wrapped up the 2021 CCHVA crush today. 25 different varietals totaling 25190 pounds. Thanks to all who got grapes through the co-op and to Vern for use of his facility. Also Dan and his staff at Lucas and Lewellen and Jamie and his crew at Margarita Vineyard for providing at excellent fruit.
