וואו אני לא מאמין שהצלחתי לתפוס את זה במצלמה!
שביל החלב החורפי ואורות הצפון, נוף הלילה הסודי שדי קשה לתפוס פוטונים עמומים של שביל החלב עם פוטונים נדירים של אורות הצפון, אני מודה על הזכות להיות נוכח באירועים האלה!

The first night of the trip we drove 7 hours to reach one place in Iceland where there is a hole in the cloudy sky and you can see the northern lights, it turned out to be the right move

וואו לעולם לא אשכח את הלילה של ה 13 בספטמבר! יום שישי ה-13
היה אמנם לילה מפחיד אבל אחד הלילות שהם פשוט מטורפים. היתה אורורה בדרגה KP8 סופה גאומגנטית G4
זה היה יום מיוחד עם סופה די נדירה באיסללנד אחת מעשר הסופות הכי חזקות בשנים האחרונות
כאשר חלקיקי השמש התנגשו במגנטוספירה של כדור הארץ. זה היה בלילה אחרון של הסדנא שכולם נשארו במלון - זה היינו רק אני וגלי שהחליטו שהיא להצטרף .. והיא זכתה בקופה זה היה הלילה הכי צבעוני שהיא ראתה אי פעם וגם אחד הטובים שראיתי ללא ספק אחד שראיתי צבעים נהדרים! אני חוזר לשם במרץ עם קבוצה חדשהמי קוצה להצטרף שידבדר איתי :)

Wow ill never forget the night of 13 Of septmeber! Friday The 13 was a scary night indeed But One of thoes nights that are just Insane . on Bortle 2 skies with Geomagnetic Storm G4 at kp8 level!!! The powerful CME on September 12-13 created vivid auroras across northern Europe, including Iceland, as solar particles collided with Earth's magnetosphere​. it was in the last night of the workshops evrybody stay in the airbnb it was just me and Gali who decide she brave to join in .. and she hit the jack pot it was the most colurful night she ever saw and also one of the best i saw defintlly top 5 ive seen great colors! וואו לפני כמה ימים חזרנו מאיסלנד ואנחנו עדיין בהיי מכל הטירוף שראינו - אני רוצה לחלוק איתכם רגע מיוחד, זה היה אחד הלילות היפים שהיו לי באיסלנד הכוכבים היו כל כך מנצנצים זה היה לילה שלא אשכח! בהפוגה של שעה שהאורורה פסקה קצת נסענו מסקוגה פוס לויק וצילמנו שם אורורה וגם היה קטע שהשמים היו נקיים מעננים ומאורורה ואוריון בדיוק זרח ניצלתי את ההזדמנות ותיעדתי אותו מעל החוף השחור

WOW What a night under the Icelandic skies! Capturing Northern Lights in Iceland is always special, but this one was truly unforgettable. After spending half the night at the stunning Skógafoss shooting aurora we had one hour that aurora stoped, we ventured out to Vík’s black sand beach—and nature delivered.

This shot encapsulates everything magical about the night. The auroras danced in and out, after aurora pass away the stars fill the skies leaving us with breathtaking clear skies in between. I managed to capture something extraordinary: a celestial spectacle featuring Orion, with its H-alpha signal rising, Jupiter and Mars and a Nig FireBall meteor sparkling brightly above the iconic black sand beach and ocean rock formations.:)🤩

Witnessing these Icelandic wonders, both terrestrial and celestial, was like being in another world. To everyone joining me on this adventure, thank you for making it such a memorable experience! 💫

✨Milkyway + Aurora + M31 ✨
וואו קשה לתאר במילים! את החוויות שעברנו באיסלנד 10 ימים מופלאים מתוכם תשעה ימי אורורה כל יום אחלוק תמונות ואת הסיפור של מקום אחר.

ביום הרביעי נסענו אל קירק ג'ופל - המפות הראו שיש שם שמים נקיים ויש היתכנות לאורות הצפון שיגויעו בכיוון וכך עשינו נסענו 7 שעות לקצה השני של איסלנד רדפנו אחרי האורורוה וזה השתלם
לכל המשתתפים בטיול היה ידוע מראש אורורה לפני שינה!

Day 4 - Kirkjufell - in the 4th day i saw there is clear skies in kirk and even that we are 7 hours away thats what we do we chase aurora so we went inside the car and changed lodging to kirk jufell direction

The End Of The Summer is here and the best aurora year of the decade has arrived to iceland!
WOW! i finally did it :) good planing worth while! i wanted to capture milkyway and aurora
i managed to capture aurora and milyway bow in iceland which is somthing rare and pohotographer have a short window of operunity to capture this celctial oibjects with the milkyway bow
i just came back from a workshop i was guiding in iceland and i choose this dates in specefic to have more celetial objectts alligned with the aurora such as milkyway core whole core and orion during the the equinoxes are pivotal times for geomagnetic storms and auroral activity due to the unique alignment of the Earth's magnetic field with the solar wind and IMF. This makes the transition from summer to fall or winter to spring an optimal time for aurora observations, especially for photographers and researchers looking to capture or study these magnificent displays.setember is the perfect timig to do it
Here’s a more detailed breakdown of how i shot and the special timing :
To photograph the Milky Way core from Iceland, you'll want to focus on late August to early September, when the core is still visible and the nights are dark enough.]
Best Time: Late August to early September offers the best chance because the nights are long enough to see the Milky Way, but the core of the Milky Way is still above the horizon after sunset.Around August 20 to September 10 is the best window. After that, the core of the Milky Way starts to set earlier and may become harder to observe.Optimal Time: The Milky Way core is best seen in the southern sky between 10 PM and 2 AM. It will appear quite low on the horizon in Iceland, so you’ll need an unobstructed view toward the south.Moon Phase at new moon

הדובה הגדולה אחרי השקיעה עם נגיעות של אורורה בקליפורניה

after changing the plans in USA tour from utah to california because of Geomagnetic storm as maps of aurora forecasts shows aurora will hit low latitude in USA so we left utah and drive to california when i came to mono lake we where pointingour cameras north waiting for the northen lights . the green came from north and the red sar came from east it was G3 storm we chase it from utah to california on 395 road it was hard challenging and in the end a great experience of celestial wavelength

USA AURORA ORION AND MILKYWAY ✨📸

חזרתי מארה"ב זכינו ךלצלם את אורות הצפון ושביל החלב יחד רדפנו אחרי אורות הצפון שהדרימו עקב סופה גאומגנטית, התוכנית הייתה לצלם ביוטה אך היו עננים והתחזיות הראו שיש צפי לאורורה גם בצפון קליפורניה, נטשנו את המלונות שהזמנו ויצאנו לדרך חדשה לרדוף אחרי אורות הצפון ושמים נקיים, אחרי 3000 מייל של נסיעות ביטולי טיסות חמש שדות תעופה חום קיצוני וקשיים נוספים אני שמח לומר שאני והקבוצה זכינו לראות ולצלם אורורה ושביל החלב בארה"ב

I just came back from USA photo tour workshops The plan was to shoot in utah but clouds and forecasts showed that there was also anticipation of Orore in North California with clear skies , we abandoned the hotels in utah and set off a new path to chase the northern lights andclear skies , happy to say that me and the group was lucky to wintess and photographed Aurora inthe US with milkyway

חזרתי מארה"ב מהדרכת סדנא צילום, לשמחתי תפסנו אורורה ושביל החלב הנה התוצר הראשון פנורמה ענקית של 70 פנלים המראה את שביל החלב של החורף ואוריון שחזר , מתכוננים בכל הכוןח לאיסלנד בשבוע הבא :)

Orion, Aurora SAR, Milkyway Winter Arch, Perseid Meteor shower

During my recent USA 2024 phototour we drive from utah to northern california to get clear skies and chance to capture Aurora during last Perseid Meteor shower,
we drive almost 7 hour to get to this location and we stayed in mono lake and alabama hills for 3 nights and we capture aurora and millkyway in death valley alabama hills and mono lake , we went on 395 and it was hard but great expirence of capturing celestial objects in the night skies,

This kind of panorama is hard to get it takes between 1-2 hours of around 100 frames of 28 mm in RGB HA manual work
