The LA Group created a Facility Master Plan for four Orlando VA Medical Center facilities. Scope included analysis and development of master planning projects addressing maintenance/repair, utilities, landscaping, sustainability, and security improvements.

Maria College predicted the record-breaking enrollment and started preparing for that back in 2017 when they appointed Architecture+ and The LA Group to prepare a master plan. The team has been implementing the plan in phases with phase 3 to be completed in 2023.

Maria College is seeing its biggest incoming class in almost 65 years this fall. The largest increases are said to be in the Maria College nursing program.

The LA Group is honored to have been a part of this project of national historic significance and recently celebrated the opening with Commissioner Erik Kulleseid, Park staff, the Palisades Parks Conservancy, local legislators, and the friends group. The LA Group designed the improvement project with the overall goal of carefully integrating pedestrian accessibility throughout the historic site. We are pleased to share that the Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery has become the first State Veterans Cemetery in New York. The LA Group is honored to have served as the lead cemetery designers for the initial Phase 1 project construction almost 10-years ago. Located on one of the most significant military sites in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, the Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery will continue to be an asset for Veterans throughout the state.
