Job Description As a Professional Cleaner, you'll play a key role in maintaining our 17 suites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Your duties will include:
* Performing daily cleaning and sanitization of suites.
* Managing turnovers, including last-minute bookings.
* Regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
* Reporting and addressing any maintenance needs.
* General property upkeep and laundry management.
* Handling minor issues like paint touch-ups, etc.
* Monitor inventory levels of linens, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies and promptly notify management when items need to be reordered.
*Shoveling sidewalks in the winter months

***The ideal candidate for this role will need to be self-sufficient, comfortable working independently, and able to manage responsibilities. While the winter months may be a bit slower (though we hope for consistent bookings year-round), you must be adaptable and ready for a dynamic work environment. A weekly schedule will be provided at the beginning of each week, but flexibility is crucial, as last-minute bookings and schedule changes can and do occur.

Job Description:
As a Professional Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our 17 suites, providing our guests with a clean and comfortable environment during their stay. Your responsibilities will include performing daily cleaning tasks, managing turnovers, conducting regular inspections, communicating maintenance needs, Exterior upkeep/cleaning, lawn and gardening maintenance.

About: The Ash is a vintage motel that my husband and I have lovingly transformed from a rundown property into a beautiful and unique collection of boutique vacation rentals!

Responsibilities:
* Perform daily cleaning tasks for all suites with thorough cleaning, sanitization, and presentation for guest arrivals.
* Manage turnovers efficiently, as some guests may book on short notice.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.
* Communicate any repairs or maintenance needs for swift resolution.
* Tend to gardening maintenance to enhance the property's aesthetics. Regular mowing, edging, and trimming of grass and landscaping to maintain an attractive and well-groomed appearance. Tending to flower beds, planters, and shrubs by watering, weeding, pruning, and applying fertilizers or mulch as needed.
* Assist with general property upkeep and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
* Adhere to established cleaning procedures and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Laundry and laundry room upkeep.
* Addressing minor issues such as leaky pipe, paint touch ups, etc

* $16/hour per person with FREE housing on the property.
* On days off you’ll have access to one of our other waterfront properties for kayaking and swimming!
