2 of the 3 House of Clayton tour guides were at The Hawthorn Minibar and Lounge last night, enjoying a classy place with great company and great drinks. I also learned from my friends Capt'n Christopher, and Steven last night, h20 drops in a heavy peat Scotch. Now I am fully aware of what h20 is. What amazes me is how much of a difference a few drops of water makes in a peaty Scotch, and this one is full on heavy in peat.
