C. Blasen Doors came out within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and provided a quote. Gentleman was professional and seemed honest so we just went with him. He installed a new spring and then took the time to do a complete maintenance check on the broken door and the second garage door as well. In all it took about 45 minutes.
