New Year’s Eve is pure magic at Disney Parks! ✨

Whether you’re watching the breathtaking fireworks at Magic Kingdom, celebrating different countries and cultures at EPCOT, or ringing in the new year with fun festivities at Disneyland, there’s nothing like starting the year in the most magical place on earth.

I’ll never forget spending NYE 2017 into 2018 at Magic Kingdom—it was crowded, but the energy and fireworks were absolutely unforgettable! 🎆 If you’re celebrating at Disney this year, make sure to plan ahead (and pack some patience!), but trust me, it’s worth every magical moment.

✨🎥 Happy National Short Film Day! 🎥✨

Today, we celebrate the magic of storytelling in bite-sized form. As a Disney and accessibility-focused travel planner, I can’t help but think of some iconic Disney shorts that bring joy to every generation! Here are two of my favorites:

🎩 Potatoland – Mickey, Donald, and Goofy embark on a hilarious adventure to make Goofy’s dream of visiting a potato-themed amusement park come true. This short is all about creativity, teamwork, and that undeniable Disney spirit of making dreams come alive – even if you have to build the dream yourself!

💀 The Skeleton Dance – A classic that takes us back to the roots of Disney magic. This Silly Symphony masterpiece (1929!) brings spooky vibes and timeless charm with dancing skeletons that showcase Walt Disney’s pioneering creativity. Fun fact: It’s one of the first examples of Disney magic blending music and animation to perfection!
