Enjoying the perfect weather today on the Pere Marquette. There are still some fresh steelies around despite the crazy reverse March weather we had. The big rivers will be the place to be soon for the next 3 weeks.

AJ is a week from turning 8.5 years old and tried his hand at steelies today a mild day in December. He made the cast set the hook and brought it to the net himself! Top fish of this Fall in my book. Bright fish are still trickling in before old man Winter sets in for good.
