Please support us by signing this petition. Vacation Rental Owners in FL are being unfairly singled out and discriminated against with the recent executive order. Hotels, motels, resorts, and timeshares have remained open for business while homeowners have not been allowed to rent their properties.

8028 signatures are still needed! Ask Gov. DeSantis to Stop the unfair treatment of Vacation Rentals!

Breathing a BIG sigh of relief right now. We just received confirmation that Neptune's Retreat weathered the storm with no physical damage. Power trucks are visible throughout the eastern 30A corridor and very little to no damage has been observed at first pass. The only casualty I have heard about is the Texaco station at the end of 30A near Shades had the over head metal canopy completely blown down tearing out some of the gas pumps. We are breathing a hopeful sigh of relief tonight that we dodged a major bullet today with hurricane Michael. In the morning we will hopefully receive confirmation of that! Our thoughts and prayers go out to areas east of South Walton that took the brunt of this historic storm.
