We want to commend Kathy and Kamal for service above and beyond our expectations during our June 24 ride to the cruise terminal from the Hilton Garden Inn. We were surprised to find that upon arrival at the cruise terminal one of our bags had been lost at the hotel. We were sure it had been stolen while waiting at the hotel. Kathy helped contact the hotel staff to look for it and Kamal searched his bus to confirm it was not on board. The hotel staff was absolutely no help in tracking it down. With only a short time before departure, Kamal jumped in his bus and went back to the hotel, and personally retrieved the missing bag. Kathy kept us updated and assured us that it would arrive in time. Fantastic, it did along with all of our special cargo (passport, medicines, boarding passes, ID, etc). We give your company five stars and Kathy and Kamal get six stars. Thank you for saving our vacation!
