Adler Ventilation and Environmental Services, Inc.

Adler Ventilation and Environmental Services, Inc. Adler Ventilation and Environmental Services, Inc. is a Seattle-based corporation specializing in HVAC inspection, cleaning, and remediation

We are a small team of professionals dedicated to sustainable mechanical systems cleaning. Adler Ventilation is based in Seattle, offering HVAC System cleaning including air duct cleaning, HVAC system remediation, dry-ice blasting, soda blasting and other specialty care for the built environment in Healthcare, Industrial, and Maritime settings. Since 2003, Chad Johnson has worked on all levels of

the HVAC cleaning industry, as a technician, foreman, superintendent, division manager, and company owner. In 2010, he founded Adler Ventilation on the premise that HVAC cleaning can be done better, safer, more sustainably and at a better value than market options provided at the time. This includes finding a way that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels for vacuum and air compression support and that doesn’t use chemical agents which parents wouldn’t use at home around their children. Chad served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 – 1996. Adler Ventilation was founded in 2010 by HVAC cleaning industry veterans who believe that there is a better way to provide a high-quality and more sustainable service for reasonable prices. This includes finding a way that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels for vacuum and air compression support and that doesn't use chemical agents which parents wouldn't use at home around their children. In place of a single large vacuum unit to provide negative air pressure, Adler Ventilation uses either one or more locally-sourced and produced electric units that connect to the duct system. These units allow for rapid installation and removal, which reduces job site disruptions and reduces costs. Our highly-experienced team continually improves our work processes to deliver the highest quality service while lessening impacts on waste streams and the environment. Healthcare
Adler Ventilation and Environmental Services, Inc. has extensive experience working in healthcare settings, and our emphasis on air quality maintenance and improvement makes us the ideal partners for both standalone cleaning projects as well as the pre-eminent choice for general contractor and mechanical contractor firms. New Construction
Dust from construction activities invariably finds a way into HVAC systems during construction, despite best efforts to protect the system. Our innovative approaches to air quality maintenance and cleaning means we are able to clean newly-installed ductwork with a minimum of intrusion while preserving the structural integrity and aesthetics of the system. Maritime
HVAC systems are some of the most critical systems on any vessel because of the extreme operating environment and round-the-clock operations of seagoing ships. These types of HVAC and process exhaust systems such as laundry and galley exhausts quickly become fouled with soot, grease, and lint. Adler Ventilation is a Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE) member since 2005, Chad has also served as Associate Member Committee Coordinator for the Puget Sound Chapter of WSSHE since 2009. Adler Ventilation is a member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). Our cleaning methodologies meet, and frequently exceed, the standards set forth by NADCA in their published ACR standard.
