n distinguished as a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) by the American Culinary Federation in 2002. His personal philosophy of “Knowledge, Skills, and Desire” is incorporated into his work and daily life. Price per person varies on class. Enjoy a 2 hour class with a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 8 people. Visit with friends, make new friends and have a great time with our fun crew! Shopping list, recipe cards and spice included.
