September cruising in Seattle, with a special request for an all vegan meal. We started with a charcuterie of 3 vegan cheeses, home canned spicy dill pickles, bread and butter pickles, olives, baguette with homemade fig jam; made by my wife Carol. Salad course of mixed greens with tomato, pear, beats, vegan feta, and light herb vinaigrette. For the entree; Queen oyster mushrooms cooked in vegan butter and lemon sauce and served on rice with peas, with roasted veggies on the side. Dessert was vegan ice cream with fresh peach, blueberries, and vegan pastries.

We had to cancel a wedding cruise today because the bride got Covid, so I spent part of the day cleaning and installing a new rug on the upper deck dining area. No worries, we have them rescheduled for early September.
