Slow down, spend one minute in Norway with us today.
Have you sailed past Norway’s most iconic lighthouse?
Perched on a tiny skerry off Ørlandet, Kjeungskjær is a deep red, octagonal lighthouse helping sea travelers stay on course as they approach the North Sea.
The Trøndelag Region is known for its highly unpredictable weather and the sea can turn stormy very quickly. So, the stone lighthouse with a cast-iron lantern room was built to withstand all conditions.
Kjeungskjær is a bucket list photo opportunity, seen while sailing with us between Trondheim and Rørvik 🚢
