Good morning from Sedona! This is who greeted me this morning. Took my breath away! And a tiny baby bobcat walking by his side.

Then the Javalinas laying in a trance by my Medicine Wheel ceremony.

Then the heart shaped rock I found on a hike by the Indian ruins at Mescal Mountain.

Magic happens in Sedona every day! Have a glorious day everybody.

Only in Sedona! Today I experienced something I have never seen, ever, in Sedona.

3 wild Javelina (wild boar), in a trans state, about 3 feet from a Medicine Wheel ceremony we were doing. I was drumming the heart beat. They were walking by. They stopped. Slowly kneeled down. And laid there, looking at us, with mellow, trans like eyes! They stayed there for one hour, didn't budge! We were a few feet away.

The energy in the Medicine Wheel is very sacred, they felt it.

One of them eventually got up, went behind the bushes to p*e, came back to lay down by the others. All in very slooow motion!

Unheard of! Javelinas are wild animals, and very skittish.

Super Moon over Sedona.
Sedona is magical at full moons. The forest and the Red Rocks light up like daylight! Full moon hikes in Sedona have a certain magic! The trails are lit up bright, and the forest is alive and in deep silence!

REVENGE HIKE!

After 6 months of not being able to move, with a painful heel bursitis on both feet, being told I needed surgery on BOTH feet, laying on the couch for months, today I did a 4 miles, 3 hours hike on top of Mingus Mountain! No pain! Zero pain! And I was hiking fast, like my old self!

YES, YES, AND YES AGAIN!

I have never hiked on Mingus Mountain. Always wanted to!

I went on a terrain I didn't know, a trail I have never been on, AND was leading a hiking group of great women!

What. Was. I. Thinking.?!!

The night before my mind was racing - what was I thinking
when I decided to lead a hike with a heel bursitis?!! I have not walked in SIX months, forget about hiking! Really??!!

4 MILES on a mountain terrain?? What if the bursitis will act up in the middle of nowhere on the mountain?! How will I get back?

Really!?... What. Was. I. Thinking?! I think what got me going was that I always wanted to hike among the cool pine trees of Mingus Mountain. Every time I drove by there, the mountain was calling me to stop!

Well! Today, I DID IT! I hiked Fast! No pain! Zero pain! Thank you Physical Therapy. Not being able to get on your feet for SIX months, makes you appreciate!

And check out the shoes i was hiking with! LOL. I wasnt sure they would hold. I didnt know the terrain. I was praying, not telling anybody. Hiking shoes are still too tight.

Please, please, when you wake up every morning, give thanks to all your cells, organs, bones, limbs, skin - functioning!!

In the summer, every Friday-Tuesday there is live Flamengo music performance in Tlaquepaque.

Tlaquepaque is an art gallery village designed after a village in Gualajare, Mexico with courtyards, tiles and fountains.

This performance is at one of the courtyards.

SEDONA STORY
Besides doing tours, spiritual Vortex experiences, I also teach Kundalini Yoga in Sedona.

The other day I got an inquiry to teach a Kundalini Yoga class to a very nice young couple from Europe. She told me they were traveling through the U.S. and stopped in Sedona for a few days.

During the two days they were here, she felt the urge of taking a yoga class. She had not done yoga Kundalini Yoga for some time.

We did an amazing class at Sunset! I could feel she was enjoying every second. She was glowing.
During the meditation I felt she would benefit taking a teacher training class.

Her face lit up with a huge smile. She said she loves Kundalini Yoga, and she did go for a teacher training class. But she dropped out because there were too many people crammed into a small room, and she didn't enjoy it.

The class we had in Sedona, outdoors, at Sunset, was so inspirational that she made a promise to herself to finish teacher training when she goes back home.

She was glowing! Her boy friend came for the ride LOL, and greatly enjoyed it as well.

Sometimes the ones that just come for the "ride" enjoy it more.
