And this is my art & design company. There are 2 main aspects of myself that inform just who & what Moonstruck Maven is. The first is that I’ve been an artist all my life. Well, not in the sense of making a living off of
my art, but most definitely in the art-is-my-passion-not-a-fleeting-hobby sense. I’ve been
making art stuffs since my chubby little toddler fingers so artfully smeared pb&j over

everything within my reach. Pure creative expressionist bliss. Since then, I’ve followed my passion for the creative process, cramming art classes into every
available pocket of my school curriculum. Come time for college, I chose a field that combined
my passion for the creative process with practical, real-world application. With diploma
proudly in my clutches, I set out on what is now 13+ years working in the Interior Design field. The second main aspect is that it is my firmly-held belief that the spaces we occupy are equally
as important as the tasks we do in those spaces. No matter what it is we’re doing, a well-designed
room not only helps us function in the practical sense, but also sets the mood, and inspires us
to do that thing that needs to be done. And not just do it for the sake of hastily scratching it off
our ever-growing ‘To-Do’ list, but to actually be mindfully present in the moment of doing it,
At its very successful best, a well-designed space will help us to actually enjoy the
moments we spend doing the task. Yes, even tidying up can be a slightly less horrific chore
when we’re doing it in a room that we totally freakin’ adore. So, that’s why I’m out here doing this, and why I’ve started Moonstruck Maven. There are far too many spaces out there that lack the life / the vibe / the juju, if you will, that
is truly needed by those who occupy it. I’ve got the gear to handle the task; I come well-
equipped with a mind chock full of creative ideas, a genuine passion for the work, and
many years of practical experience at your disposal. When you’re ready to pick my brain and hatch a plan to revive your room, give me a holler and
