Mermaid's Treasure Margarita 🧜‍♀️🍸

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 cup crushed ice
Whipped cream for frosting
Edible pearlescent dust
Edible seashells for garnish

Directions:
Prepare Pearlescent Frosting: In a bowl, mix whipped cream with edible pearlescent dust to create a shimmering frosting.
Blend Base Mixture: In a shaker, combine tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice. Shake well until chilled.
Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Top with Frosting: Add a generous dollop of pearlescent frosting on the rim of the glass.
Garnish: Garnish with edible seashells.

Peach Rhubarb Julep

I actually made this cocktail a while ago and just never got around to posting it. Loved these flavors together especially with the cocktail topped with rhubarb bitters. You get that nice rhubarb smell as you dip the cocktail and the drink evolves as those bitters mix into the drink.

Ingredients-
2oz Bourbon
2-3 sliced Peaches
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
6 Mint Leaves
2-3 dashes Fee Brothers, Inc. Rhubarb Bitters

Directions-
In an old fashioned glass add mint, peaches and sugar. Muddle together making sure the sugar is dissolved. Add bourbon and pack with crushed ice. Garnish with Rhubarb Bitters and a mint sprig. Peach pit is optional. Enjoy!
