What do you know about Rural Housing Loans? They allow you to purchase with no down payment -- 100% financing is available. The property must qualify for this loan but most areas south and west of Joliet will qualify so if you are looking to purchase in Braidwood, Wilmington, Coal City, Morris, some areas in Minooka, etc. you should check this loan out! There are some income requirements but they are fairly high so I have not had anyone disqualified due to too much income so far. Please call me at 815-733-6277 with any questions. This is one of the most affordable loans for purchases out there -- if you intend to live in the property.

Hey everyone, if you have an FHA mortgage and want to refinance for a lower rate, please do it now! FHA has just announced that they are going to raise their MIP rate from the current 1.0% to 1.75% for any FHA loans not processed by 4/1/2012! Do not wait as the savings now could be great!
