n these units have been chosen specifically to bring the island life vibe indoors- from the local St. Located on the Reef Golf Course, this is a quiet complex with a large pool and sea views. Beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of tools, snorkeling gear, and a cooler are ready for your relaxing days at the beach. We have added telescopes and star gazing books to each unit to wind down your night. They have everything you need to relax and rejuvenate! If that’s not enough it’s a 10 minute walk or 1.5 minute drive to the nearest beach! The bedrooms are upstairs and are an open loft concept. Climb into the plush comfort and snooze away so you’re ready for your new island adventures the next morning. The kitchens are fully equipped for quick breakfasts on the go or elaborate dinners. Each condo has a gas grill on the patio. Newly remodeled downstairs and most of upstairs is almost complete- perfection takes time! Covered in sand from the beach? No problem! To avoid all that sand going in condo and down the shower drain- we installed an outdoor shower for you to rinse off before entering the condo! The complex has a 9 hole golf course, disc golf, tennis and pickleball all available to you for a fee. We have added pickleball and tennis rackets and balls to each unit so that you don’t have to rent those separately. The complex beach is located right across from the entrance next to Duggan’s Reef restaurant. Definitely make reservations at Duggan’s for a romantic dinner and have breakfast or lunch at TLC cafe! Both restaurants are located on the complex grounds. Ziggy’s Island Market (it’s not “just” a gas station!) and Castaways (restaurant/bar) are just a 5 minute drive away. Grab your provisions, meals and beverages and get back out adventuring!
7-8 minutes drive East takes you to Point a Udall- the most Eastern point of the US. Take in the big views, enjoy a sunrise or a moonrise from here. On a clear day you can see our neighboring US and British islands to the north.
