Our freedom to ride golf carts freely around the water side of Sneads Ferry is being jeopardized by folks who are allowing their kids to drive golf carts on the road. When I met with the Onslow Council to get my Permit and CB Zoning in 2012, they were very clear that anyone driving a golf cart on this road must be over 16 years old with a drivers license. No exceptions. Please do not let your kids under 16 years of age drive golf carts on the street and ruin a good thing for the rest of us here at the Ferry. The fisherman need the carts for business purposes too. The road and the curves are very dangerous. Please share this with your friends.
