For those who are not aware, Snowshoe is an excellent vacation destination all year round! Outside of winter activities, snowshoe offers amazing family friendly activities such as mountain biking, canoeing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, s***t shooting and MORE! Powder Bear Summit unit 323 is in a prime location adjacent to Snowshoe Village restaurants and shops and the Ballhooter ski lift which takes guests directly to the resort's lake and mountain biking activities. Powder Bear Summit (Mountain Lodge #323) Overview:
ML323 is newly remodeled and ready to enjoy! The location here is truly spectacular. Mountain Lodge is one of the best locations in Snowshoe, steps away from the Ballhooter lift and all the Snowshoe Village amenities! The location is ideal for families and/or friends to enjoy central Snowshoe Village lodging in a beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom condo. This condo has a relaxing, upscale vibe with lots of unique touches that we know you will enjoy!

The Village at Snowshoe Mountain consists of 39,847 SF of boutique, trophy retail in the center of Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort. It is surrounded by well-appointed condo-hotels, with the Village serving as the primary access point to the mountain and lifts. Showshoe is the primary mountain resort destination in the area and has limited retail competition for shopping or dining. Snowshoe is consistently rated the best ski resort in the Mid-Atlantic region and has a high population of visitors from Washington DC, Baltimore and Charlotte metropolitan areas. Although the property is located on the southern edge of the United States ski zone, Snowshoe receives an average of 180 inches of snow annually and has 100% snowmaking capability to cover the entirety of its 60 ski trails. Snowshoe Mountain is a multi-season resort with summer activities including the well-known Raven Golf Course, water sports, biking and GNCC sanctioned and well-attended motorcycle, mountain bike and ATV races. Additional summer draws include a variety of festivals and concerts.
