Zumbiel job. Just a few pics in memory of
Rose Zumbiel.

Twenty eight years ago I began a log home custom build for the Zumbiel family from Edgewood KY.
It was a beautiful large Town & County log home. Bill and Rose Zumbiel were two of the nicest people I ever worked for. Once their vacation home was complete they called on me many times over the years to add to the family compound. A garage with large apartment over it. A picnic shelter by their pond. A new composite deck. Some pole barns. Quite a few maintenance projects. They remained great clients who always treated me with great respect, as a friend and their trusted contractor. Today we are very saddened to learn of Rose Zumbiel's recent passing.
Our sincere condolences go out to Bill and the entire Zumbiel family.
We are blessed to have been chosen to build their dream log vacation home way back in 1994. And to have stayed in contact with them all these years. I am thankful to have many fond memories of working with Rose. She was always such a pleasure to work with.
Bill and Rose Zumbiel are also the owners of Burnside-Somerset Boat Storage. Her obituary is below.
