The first time I saw Pandora.

It was a stunning, sunny day and the floating mountains struck me. Animal Kingdom is amazing and its focus on the earth and its necessary care is super special.

Today, as hurricane news closes Disney Parks for the next two days- I am reminded of how the wonders of weather are sometimes a little scary and require attention. The earth and how it functions is a powerhouse.

Prayers out to those affected. We are with you as we can be.
Beautifully scary.

Even when I’m home- mentally, I’m traveling!

Experiences are the best gift. It’s what I always thought and my family echoed this. A gift can collect dust but a memory withstands time.

I may have never pulled over on Route 66 to snap a photo, BUT I have smiled as my mom and I discovered Radiator Springs and laughed as we felt transported and in awe of the scenery. (I’ll also always laugh at the fact she took videos instead of photos of me 😂)

I’m mentally in Radiator Springs!

How does Disney look at wait times??

One way that Disney checks wait times is with this magic little red card. The cast members hand it to guests every so often as they enter the line and then it gets scanned and tracked when that same guest enters the loading queue!

The lines are always being checked though, understandably, there is room for error because every system takes time to update to the wait time clock and the app.

This never fails to make me feel special but also like Disney is doing everything to make sure their experience is accurate and enjoyable!
