Memorial Day Parade
Monday, May 29
9am
Begins @ South Haven High School, marches down Center Street to Phoenix, travels down Phoenix Street to Lakeview Cemetery
The Memorial Day Parade is one of the biggest events held in South Haven each year! On a typical year, bystanders can enjoy approximately 45 minutes observing the flood of participants and floats, which are all decorated for the holiday. The parade will march all the way to Lakeview Cemetery at which point a ceremony is held to honor and remember our fallen veterans. After the ceremony, feel free to enjoy a free sloppy joe hosted by the American Legion Post 49. This event is appropriate for all ages and is a wonderful way for visitors and the community to see how South Haven remembers and honors on Memorial Day.
