Mountain West Aviation in Lake Tahoe is looking for two Line Service Technicians.
The line service technician plays an integral role in the company airport operations.
We are seeking somebody with a great customer service attitude, who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for aviation.
The main duties of a Line Service Technician include:
Provides excellent customer service to pilots, flight crews, and other guests.
Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing, ramp area.
Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, fuel trucks and shuttles.
Fuel aircraft.
Assist with customer service duties as required.
Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer area.
Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/ cargo as needed.
Assist with wing walking duties as required.
MUST be willing to work in all weather conditions.
MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MUST possess a customer service attitude.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
MUST be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (stick shift).
Must successfully complete the company’s training program.
Clean background check and drug screen.
Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
This position requires moderate to heavy physical exertion to fuel aircraft and handle baggage.
