You can hang out on the deck, have a family BBQ, play yard games, go for a ride on your boat from the floating dock, feel free to use our kayaks, canoes, or other water equipment to enjoy living life right on our waterfront. We have our own ramp and dock where you can fish for snappers, catch blue claw crabs, or rake up your own steam clams. The house is on a private road, you can walk to Southold Town's Cedar Beach, which is a short block away. Here you can search for sea shells, relax to calm waves, and passing boats.
