Such a fun event at winter University of Okoboji Winter Games! So glad we could help! ❤️

Drum Roll!!!!

We presented the check for $714 to Hope Rolls Dickinson County for the proceeds raised during our SMOOSHING event at University of Okoboji Winter Games this past January. These funds will go towards purchasing an adaptable tricycle which will be gifted to a child within Dickinson County.

At EXIT Realty Midwest we enjoy sponsoring and being involved in our community. Smooshing is one event we hold yearly and donate back to our community through the non profit Hope Rolls- Dickinson County providing adaptive bikes to children in our community.

Thanks to everyone who participated in SMOOSHING this past year and our agents who volunteered through promoting and hosting a wonderful event.

Winter Games FAQ: Snowmobile/UTV/ATV Permits!

IOWA RESIDENTS: all snowmobiles must have a user permit, yet OHV's are not required to and proof of insurance required on all vehicles.

NON RESIDENTS: all snowmobiles and OHV's must have user permits & proof of insurance required. User permits can be purchased at the Dickinson County Recorder's Office in the Courthouse on the corner of Hill Avenue & Hwys 9/71 and anywhere hunting & fishing licenses are sold. (Oak Hill Outdoor, Stan's Bait & Tackle, Kabele's Trading Post, Okoboji Boat Works, Fisherman's Factory Outlet, Walmart, and more!)
