1) I LISTEN! I want to know how you do life, where you do life, what is the most important activities in living your life. What are the key factors driving your move?

I want to know what brings you joy and satisfaction at the end of the day. By learning a few of these basic facts, I can better taylor your search to meet your individual requirements.

2) I want you to buy what you can COMFORTABLY afford, not as much as you can afford! Each person should know what monthly payment he can make or how much of a payment he wants to make!. You may be able to afford MUCH more, but if we can find what you want for MUCH LESS, then that is what I want you to buy. I don't want to contribute to the "Until DEBT do us part" problem.

3) I will give you the time you need to make the decision that is right for you. I don't expect that you should make it a quick decision. If you are a first time home buyer, I want to help educate you and place you with a good lender who can set you up for success! If you are an experienced buyer and want to sell your home because its time to move up or time to down-size, I will give you the time you need to make a satisfying decision. If you are in a RUSH, I can do rush because I LISTEN! At the end of the day, it's all about setting my clients up for a successful experience with as little stress as possible!
